We have a lot of pictures to post but can't blog them yet because we don't have the internet yet in our new house. We probably won't have the internet for a few more weeks so be patient because more posts will come.

Brother and Sister

Baby Sister Sadie

Sadie Marie was born on November 7 at 2:00 pm. She was 5 lbs 4 oz and 17 1/2 inches long. She came 3 1/2 weeks early. Everything went perfect and Lisee and Sadie are very healthy and they came home from the hospital yesterday.

Updated pictures of our house

I have had several people ask me to post some pictures of our house so here they are. The house will be finished in about a week and a half and we will move in two weeks from today (Nov 17). We are very happy with the progress and are only about 1 week behind my original scheduled finish date. We are also happy about the colors and how everything inside and out is coming together. The goal was to be in the house before we had the baby and unless Lisee has the baby in the next two weeks we should be O.K.


My mom gave me the idea to do a curved front walk way. I was sceptical at first but I am glad we did it because it looks really good. Thanks Mom

I borrowed a backhoe from a Friend last Saturday to move a bunch of dirt. Lisee and Zack brought me some lunch and Zack wanted a ride in the backhoe. He didn't want to get out.

Zack's New Bed

So we decided to put Zack in a bed since we will need the crib in a few months for the baby. We got our twin bed out of storage and bought a new bed set for him. He was so excited to get in and put the covers on as you can see from the pictures. The first few nights we a little hard for him to get to sleep because he was not used to it yet but now he is doing pretty good.

Happy Birthday Zack

Today is Zack's 3rd birthday. I can't believe our baby is growing up so fast. He opened his presents this morning and had fun playing with them all day.

Labor Day Party

On Monday our family had a Labor Day party and since Zack's birthday was in a few days we decided to bring a cake and pinata and have a little birthday party while we were all together. All of the kids had a lot of fun together as they always do.

Zack is such a silly boy and he is always doing stuff that makes us laugh. We love him so much. We are excited to have another little one in our lives soon.

House Update.

We are excited about the progress of our home. The framing will be done in about a week and it is finally staring to look like a house. I am there everyday afternoon (and sometimes more) checking on things, making sure everything is being built how we want and scheduling everything so we can stay on schedule. We hope to be in by mid November.

This is the view we will have in our backyard. The farmer behind us has been approached by a lot of people trying to buy his land and he won't sell so we should have a nice view for a long time hopefully.
